Notice of next CCG Governing Body meeting – Thursday 28 September 2017

The next Governing Body meeting for NHS Hambleton, Richmondshire and Whitby Clinical Commissioning Group (the CCG) will take place on Thursday 28 September 2017 from 1.30pm at Seminar Room, Tennants Auction Centre, Harmby Road, Leyburn, DL8 5SG.

The meeting, which is open to members of the public to observe only, will hear reports about the progress of specific initiatives being led by the CCG as well as information about finance and performance.

“Members of the public are welcome to observe and submit questions for response, prior to the meeting.”

The meeting will open with a Q&A period of up to 10 minutes for members of the public to raise a particular matter or ask a question.

All items and questions must be submitted in advance by 5pm on Monday 25 September 2017.

NOTIFICATION OF TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE – MAIN STREET, SPENNITHORNE

The closure has been requested by Yorkshire Water in connection with works to install a water supply and it is anticipated that the road will be closed to through traffic for 5 days as from Monday 25 September 2017. Information will however be displayed on a sign which will be placed on site prior to this time, confirming the proposed period of work.

NOTIFICATION OF TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE – CHAPEL LANE, FINGHALL

The closure has been requested by Northern Powergrid in connection with works to remove vegetation from near to overhead power lines and it is anticipated that the road will be closed to through traffic for one day on Tuesday 17 October 2017.

NOTIFICATION OF TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE – SOUTH MOOR LANE, BELLERBY

The closure has been requested by Northern Powergrid in connection with works to install a new electricity supply and it is anticipated that the road will be closed to through traffic for 3 days as from Tuesday 03 October 2017.

NOTIFICATION OF TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE – MOOR ROAD, BELLERBY

The closure has been requested by Northern Gas Networks in connection with works to install a new gas supply and it is anticipated that the road will be closed to through traffic for 4 days as from Monday 02 October 2017.

December 2016

Following the communications between Cllr. Brooks and Highways, a site visit has taken place on 7th December 2016 and was attended by Steve Barker, on behalf of Highways and also Cllr. Harrison Topham.
